Heavy item-130 lb’s and NO packing in carton. Two very badly damaged, on 3rd try still damaged, sides dented,leg broken causing safe to wobel, two corners dented in, but exterior skin not perced so it is still fire proof. Out of sheer frustration I will keep this damaged one but should get a partial refund. On third try it is evident all will be damaged because of NO protective pading inside of carton. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
